Using This Website
This site is for lawful purposes only. You must not violate any laws, gain unauthorised access, send unsolicited communications, use automated data extraction tools, reproduce content without consent, or upload harmful material. We reserve the right to suspend access for any breach of these terms.
Placing an Order
Orders constitute an offer to purchase; a contract only forms once we send an order confirmation email. We may decline an order due to stock issues, pricing errors, payment verification failures, suspected fraud, or previous breaches of these terms. You must be 16 or over to order. If you haven't received a confirmation within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling, including UK VAT, with delivery shown separately. Any pricing errors are corrected before an order is processed. Payment is taken at the time of order via major credit and debit cards, processed securely. Discount codes apply only at checkout and cannot be used retrospectively — typically one code per order.
Delivery
Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days, and is free on orders over £50. Next day delivery and international options are available at the costs stated at checkout. Risk passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, strikes, or weather. International buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties.
Returns & Refunds
Consumers have a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. As a goodwill policy, we extend this to 30 days for unused items in their original condition. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Faulty items receive a free replacement or refund, including postage, within 48 hours of being reported with photographic evidence. Used, washed, or latex-damaged gloves are not returnable unless genuinely faulty.
Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colours may vary by device, minor material variations occur between batches, and sizing is provided as guidance only. Products that are significantly misrepresented are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — names, logos, photography, copy, design, and code — is owned by or licensed to Keeper iD and protected by law. Reproduction, copying, distribution, modification, or derivative works are prohibited without our written consent, including commercial use of our images, reproduction of our descriptions, unauthorised use of our branding, or misrepresented resale of our products.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Beyond this, our liability does not cover indirect losses, business interruption, data loss, force majeure events, or third-party website content. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
Disputes
Contact info@keeperid.com with your order number and a description of the issue — we aim to respond within 2 working days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, with the courts of England and Wales having exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date below reflects any changes. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms. If you disagree with a change, please stop using the site and contact us if you have an active order.
