Keeper iD is a goalkeeper glove brand registered in England and Wales. Our website is keeperid.com. When these terms say “we”, “us” or “our”, they refer to Keeper iD.

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You may use keeperid.com for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable UK or international laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications
• Use automated tools, bots or scrapers to extract data from the site without permission
• Reproduce, duplicate or resell any part of the site without our express written consent
• Upload or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory or illegal

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the site for any user who breaches these conditions without notice.

When you place an order on keeperid.com, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order.

A contract between you and us is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. An automated order acknowledgement is not acceptance — it simply confirms we have received your request.

We may decline an order if:

• The product is out of stock or no longer available
• There is an error in the pricing or product description
• We are unable to verify your payment
• We have reason to believe the order is fraudulent
• You have previously breached these terms

You must be aged 16 or over to place an order. By ordering, you confirm this. Junior products may be ordered by a parent or guardian on behalf of a child.

All prices on keeperid.com are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered:

• If the correct price is lower than stated, we will charge the lower amount and proceed with your order
• If the correct price is higher than stated, we will contact you before processing and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund

Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store your card details.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed unless a tracked or express service is selected.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal strikes, extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes — these are the buyer’s responsibility.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, here’s how our returns policy works.

Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you purchase online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us in writing at info@keeperid.com before the 14-day period expires.

• Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging
• You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product
• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item
• Refunds are made to the original payment method only

Extended 30-day returns

As standard, we extend the returns window to 30 days from delivery as a goodwill policy, subject to the item being unused and in original condition.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

We make every effort to display products accurately on keeperid.com, including images, descriptions, sizing information, and specifications. However:

• Colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device’s display settings
• Product images are for illustration — minor variations in materials or colourways may occur between batches
• Sizing guides are provided as guidance — fit can vary between glove cuts and models
• Stock availability is updated regularly but we cannot guarantee real-time accuracy

If a product significantly differs from its description, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the order.

All content on keeperid.com — including the Keeper iD name, logo, wordmark, product photography, copy, design elements, and code — is owned by or licensed to Keeper iD and is protected by UK and international intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of this site without our prior written consent. This includes:

• Downloading or saving product images for commercial use
• Reproducing product descriptions or brand copy on third-party platforms
• Using the Keeper iD name or logo without permission
• Reselling Keeper iD products in a way that misrepresents the brand

If you would like to use any Keeper iD content — for editorial, affiliate, or other purposes — contact us at info@keeperid.com to request permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products
• Loss of income, revenue, profits or business
• Loss of data or software
• Losses arising from events outside our reasonable control (force majeure)
• The content of third-party websites linked from keeperid.com

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid for that order.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If you have a complaint or dispute, contact us first. We resolve the vast majority of issues quickly and without fuss.

Email us at info@keeperid.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 working days.

If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, you may refer it to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. The European Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes that cannot be resolved by agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements, or how the site operates. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always show when we last made changes.

Continued use of keeperid.com following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with a change, stop using the site and contact us if you have an active order.
